Margarita Xistris is the owner of Nautical Details. Being a female and owning a business in the marine industry 40 years ago was very rare. Through perseverance and commitment to being the best in her industry, she soon had a reputation for high quality service with a commitment to timeliness, while customizing individual packages and understanding that every boat and clients’ needs are different.
Tobi Keitmeier
Tobi Keitmeier has experience in different professions that range from TV production and managment, massage therapy, to carpentry, boat refinishing and detailing. He is originally from Germany where he was born and raised and gained his college education. He went to school for three years for carpentry and through his hard work and his connections, he was able to work himself up the ladder in the TV industry. Read more

With a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for detail, Nate plays an important role in ensuring every vessel is maintained and presented at the highest standard. Joshua Rodriguez joins Nautical Details as a dedicated crew member with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality marine services. Known for his reliability and team-first mindset, Joshua brings a hands-on approach to every project, helping ensure vessels are maintained and presented to the highest standards. As part of the Nautical Details crew, he is committed to professionalism, precision, and providing exceptional service both on and off the water.

Tula Keitmeier is the bright new voice of Nautical Details. Known for her warmth, excellent communication, and genuine care, she naturally builds trust and lasting relationships with clients.
Growing up on the water and around boats, Tula learned the rhythms of the marine world before the age of ten. That early start shaped her perspective and gave her an incredible work ethic, built on discipline, curiosity, and a love for the sea.
Her personal health journey has also inspired a passion for Biohacking and Nutrition, giving her unique insight into how wellbeing and balance fuel stronger connections and purposeful living.
As the daughter of Margarita and Tobi, and part of a family deeply rooted in the marine industry, Tula blends heritage with fresh energy. She is carving her path as a young leader—driven by family values, wellness, and a vision for meaningful relationships in the marine community.

For over 14 years, Areta has been a cornerstone of Nautical Details, embodying our core values of quality, trust, and care. With an unmatched eye for detail, she has set the gold standard in boat cleaning, restoration, and maintenance.
Her “nose for inspection” ensures that every vessel leaving our care meets the highest standards of excellence. Clients and team members alike rely on her expert suggestions, whether for restoring older boats or maintaining a flawless onboard experience.

Joseph Capili is Margarita’s trusted assistant, specializing in dispatch coordination, QuickBooks management, customer follow-ups, and quality control for estimates and invoices at Nautical Details.
Known for his attention to detail and strong organizational skills, he helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations by keeping schedules on track, maintaining accurate financial records, and delivering excellent customer support. His proactive approach and reliability make him an essential part of the team.

Paco Barragan
Paco Barragan is an experienced member of the Nautical Details team and has a passion for boating and the marine industry. Paco has 11 years of experience working on boats and works thoroughly on each project he is given. He worked with Boat Finish in New York and Connecticut for six years as a boat cleaner and painter. Juan Bermudez
Juan Bermudez is Nautical Details back office administrator, technology, and marketing associate. Initially learning to detail boats, he was eventually promoted to manage the back office due to his analytical mindset, background in administration, and his knowledge of Information Technology. He’s CISCO CCNA Level 1 certified, has completed QuickBooks School, along with 4 years of IT Engineering.
